Details of how to enter the competition will be explained to ladies on arrival on the night.
A programme of six races starts at 5.20pm and there will be a a big screen near the winning post to enhance viewing of the live racing action.
The last race is at 8pm followed by live music from The Magic of Motown, starting around 8.15pm. The set includes the music of The Temptations, The Supremes, Stevie Wonder, The Four Tops and the Jackson Five. The band will finish around 9.30pm.
The night also marks the first anniversary of the 888sport Premier Grandstand being open to race-goers.
Fontwell Park general manager Phil Bell said: “Ladies’ Night always has a special atmosphere and is one of our top meetings of the year.
