I would like to say a huge thank you to all those voters in Pevensey ward who put their faith in me on local election day last Thursday.
I feel very honoured to be back representing local people in Pevensey ward both on the district and town councils, and I will make every effort to take up issues on your behalf and make your voices heard where it matters.
I will be holding monthly surgeries and more details of this will be made available soon, and I will be contactable as well by phone or email (01243 820187: email@example.com).
Over the next few months, I will be taking up the many issues which residents in Pevensey have raised such as speeding traffic, vandalism and anti-social behaviour, regeneration which really needs to benefit local people, lack of proper street cleaning, the dearth of affordable housing, and the need for Bognor Regis to have a stronger voice.
I will of course be trying to help and represent everyone in the ward, no matter if they supported me or not.
Once again, my sincere gratitude and it will be a real privilege to serve Pevensey ward once again.
Cllr Roger Nash (Labour)
