U3A talks announced for Spring in Yapton

TAX, care and toy boys will be among the topics of talks being held by Arun West U3A this spring.

The branch of the University of the Third Age has arranged the talks on the second Wednesday of each month at 2pm at Yapton and Ford Village Hall.

The first will take place next week on The Study of Human Movement. This will be given by Professor Mike Whittle who pioneered 3D technology to study human walking.

The talk on February 12 will be given by Kevin Palmer, of Collective Legal Solutions, about tackling care costs and inheritance tax.

The next talk, on March 12, will be given by Bognor Regis Twinning Association.

It will be followed on April 9 by Dawn Perrier, about diving on the Mary Rose’s wreck.

Non-members are welcome. No need to book. A small charge will include tea.
