COULD the cream among the nation’s milkmen be in Bognor Regis?
This year’s Milkman of The Year Competition is all about finding the best of the best, and celebrating the great British tradition of doorstep milk deliveries.
Edmund Proffitt, of the competition’s organisers Dairy UK, said: “Today’s milkmen are so much more than just deliverers of milk. Most offer their customers an extensive range of products for home delivery, have flexible ordering, payment and delivery arrangements, and are vital members of their local community.”
Contenders will be whittled down to a handful of regional finalists, with four local winners going through to the national finals in August.
