Recently-opened Bognor seafront toilets closed

The long-awaited public conveniences were craned into place and opened in early October. This was after a manufacturing delay encountered by the contracted supplier.

In a Tweet Arun District Council said: “Unfortunately, the new toilets on Bognor Regis seafront are currently closed due to problems with the existing drains, rather than issues with the new building.

“We are working hard to ensure that they are open again as soon as possible and apologise for the inconvenience.”
