AL/36/21/HH: Long Acre, Littleheath Road. Single storey side extension. Re-fenestration, rendering and re-roofing to house and garage.



AW/49/21/HH: 10 Wyde Feld, Bognor Regis. Single storey rear extension.

AW/106/21/T: 2 The Courtyard, Fish Lane. Fell 1 No. Beech tree and replace with a small (6ft) Red Robin Tree.

AW/117/21/T: Southmead, Canons Close. To fell 1 No. Oak Tree in rear garden. Resubmission of AW/24/21/T.

AW/119/21/T: 2 The Orchard. Crown reduction to 1 No. Oak (T1) to previous points to a height of 15 metres. Crown reductions to 3 No. Silver Birches (T2,T3,T4). T2 & T3 to a height of 12.5 metres to previous points and fell T4 causing path and wall damage.

AW/121/21/HH: 2 Litle Babbsham. Single storey rear extension with pitched roof. Extension to width of garage.


A/49/21/T: Acorns, Arundel Road. Fell 1 No. Oak tree and replace with 1 No Oak tree.

A/56/21/PL: Arundel Acre, Arundel Road. Change of Use of land from agricultural to storage site for up to 4 fairground rides, associated infrastructure (including MOT base) and erection of a storage shed.

BE/42/21/HH: 266 Chichester Road. Single storey rear extension with rear/side dormer, erection of detached garage & erection of front porch.

BE/49/21/A: Unit 1 B, Bognor Regis Retail Park, Rowan Way, Bognor Regis. Installation of various illuminated and non illuminated signage.

BE/50/21/HH: 1 Babsham Cottages, Babsham Lane. Two storey side extension including alterations to roof.

BR/91/21/HH: 84a Victoria Drive. Removal of existing attached garage and erection of single storey side extension.

BR/94/21/PL: 32 William Street. Loft conversion, dormer extensions and conversion of the property into 2 x self-contained apartments.

BR/93/21/PL: 22 Neville Road. Erection of a single storey one bed dwelling house with private amenity space, car parking space and refuse / recycling store.

LU/76/21/PL: 71 Beach Road. Sub division of dwelling into 3 No. 2 bed flats. This application may affect the setting of a listed building & is in CIL Zone 4 (Zero Rated) as flats.

LU/101/21/PL: Normandie, Toddington Lane. Erection of one detached chalet dwelling.

LU/102/21/L: Winterton Lodge, Goda Road. Reinstatement of the collapsed flint wall so that it matches the existing flint boundary wall which extends around the perimeter of the site.

LU/96/21/PL: Promenade Shelter, Sea Road. Kite surf school equipment store and office in connection with existing kite cafe and surf school. This application is in CIL Zone 5 (Zero Rated) as other development.

LU/100/21/PL: Felix Dancewear, 39 Beach Road. Change of Use from Office to C3 Residential (This application may affect the setting of a Listed Building).


M/37/21/HH: 52 Lane End Road, Ancton. Rear and side single storey extensions.


P/50/21/PL: Land West of Hook Lane and South of Sefter Road. Change of Use of Agricultural Land to Public Open Space. This application is a Departure from the Development Plan and is within Strategic Site SD2, CIL Zone 1 (Zero Rated).

P/49/21/RES: Land North of Sefter Road & 80 Rose Green Road. Application for the approval of Reserved Matters pursuant to condition 1 (Reserved Matters details), condition 6 (Design Code Masterplan) & condition 7 (landscaping & layout details) following the grant of P/134/16/OUT for the erection of 250 No. dwellings, (including affordable homes), replacement scout hut, land for an Ambulance Community Response Post Facility, demolition of No. 80 Rose Green Road & provision of Public Open Spaces including associated children’s play areas, landscaping, drainage & earthworks (resubmission following P/24/20/RES). This site also lies within the parish of Aldwick.


PO/3/21/L: Peckhams, Poling Street. Replacement of four timber windows on a ‘like-for-like’ basis, two vertical sliding sashes on the side (west) elevation and two casements on the rear (south) elevation. (This application affects the setting of a listed building).


R/50/21/HH: 1 North Court Close. Knock down the wall between kitchen and lounge and fit RSJ steel beam if necessary. Replace existing kitchen window with new UPVC double glazed window and knock down brickwork under storage window to install UPVC double glazed french doors. Knock down bricked corner storage in the kitchen.

R/67/21/HH: 57 Mill Lane. Two storey extension to rear of property.


WA/93/20/PL: Land East of Tye Lane. Readvertisement due to amended Location plan and additional plans. Alternative vehicular access off Tye Lane & emergency access off Avisford Park Road, along with minor highway works following WA/95/18/RES. This site is in CIL Zone 2 (Zero Rated) as other development.


Y/41/21/HH: Ferndale House, Burndell Road. Demolition of single storey side extension and two storey rear extension. Erection of new two storey side / rear extension. Insertion of projecting rear dormer window and rooflights to front and rear. Rrection of front boundary low wall and gates.
