TWO buildings in Bognor Regis could soon be turned into nine homes with ten parking spaces.
Proposals have been put forward to convert 108 London Road and extend it to provide four maisonettes and four one-bedroom apartments.
Also part of the plans is the extension of 110 London Road to provide one-bed apartment and ten vehicle spaces. It is hoped to change the current office use to a residential use.
The proposed design is to change the commercial building appearance into a small group of town houses.
The site has pedestrian access from London Road and vehicle access from Spencer Street.
Tenants of 108 and 110 have priority parking for ten spaces.
The location is also near the railway station and a passing bus service.
