Plans in the spotlight in Walberton

PLANS for a new play centre for children will go on show to the public.

Community Playcentre, at Walberton, will hold the grand unveiling of its plans and ideas at a public meeting later this month.

It will be a chance for the charity to share some developments on the building project for the planned new play centre, which will be constructed on land at the village’s playing field.

It will also be a chance for resident to ask any questions they may have about the project, which the trustees will be willing to answer.

Bookings for children’s places in the new building will also be taken and people can register their interest too.

The new facility will provide nursery and out of school care, as well as holiday clubs.

It will be open five days a week, 51 weeks of the year.

The meeting will take place in the Pavilion, on the playing field, on October 20.

It starts at 7pm.
