Nursery gets recognition

A BOGNOR Regis nursery school has been recognised in this year’s Sussex Heritage Trust Awards.

Bognor Regis Nursery School was highly
commended for the ‘bold’ extension of the Edwardian building, which now features a pod sensory room as well as a classroom, sleeping area and play area.

The awards are designed to recognise and reward high-quality conservation, restoration and good design of newly-built projects and encourage the use of traditional skills and crafts.

The Martin Sewell Building Company, which is based near Fontwell, was also given praise in the award’s Commercial Award section .

This was for its renovation of Redfold Farm, near Pulborough.
