A male model said he wants to open a state-of-the-art gym in Chichester unlike any other.
Top body transformation coach and professional fitness model Jamie Alderton has submitted a planning application to build the new gym in Terminus Road.
The application seeks to transform the currently empty ground floor and part of the first floor of Terminus Mill, between Chichester MOT Centre and Chichester Snooker Club.
“This will be something that people won’t have ever seen before,” promised Jamie, from Bognor Regis, who has more than 38,000 followers on social media site Twitter.
“In the past four years I have worked with thousands of clients, both male and female, and have educated and trained them into the shape of their lives.
“I’m excited to announce that I will be bringing my talents and team to Chichester in 2016.”
Ex British Army soldier Jamie said he’s given countless seminars on fitness and how to transform your body and now hopes to open his first gym.
“What is different about what we will do than any other gym is we don’t care about footfall we care about results,” he said.
“Our mission is to not only give clients access to a state-of-the-art gym facility but we will also be educating our members on nutrition, training and mind-set to give them the skills so not only can they hit their body goals but they can sustain and keep it for the rest of their lives.”
Should his gym application be approved by Chichester District Council planners, it could open in early 2016.
Jamie added: “The gym is only going to be limited to 100 members, though we will have an online subscription website that people can access too so they can benefit from our expertise remotely through downloadable programmes, live stream seminars and workshops.
“We will also be hosting education days on nutrition and training for non-members too so everyone can reap the benefits of our skills.”
