Master class will include cookery tips

KITCHEN dilemmas are sought for a cookery master class in Bognor Regis.

Sainsbury’s master butcher and fishmonger Martin Griffin and the firm’s master chef Kate McBain will join forces for the ticket-only event. They will demonstrate preparation and cooking skills and answer questions.

Kate said: “We want to help people become even better cooks. We hope anyone generally interested in cooking will find the event useful.”

The master class will take place at 6.30pm on March 14 in The Dome at the University of Chichester’s campus in Bognor.

Tickets can bought for £5 from the university’s online store at Proceeds will go to a charity nominated by a member of the audience.

Food samples will be available and some could be taken home. Martin and Kate will use their mass of experience to show how to improve cooking techniques.
