Derek Clift, 45, of Highfield Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £100 after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm in Bognor Regis on January 4, 2017. He must pay £100 compensation, £85 victim surcharge, £300 costs. He was also given a restraining order after admitting assault in Bognor Regis on January 4, 2017.

Scott Macfadyen, 42, of Gloucester Road, Bognor Regis, was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting stealing a £282.59 computer hard drive from BrightHouse, Bognor Regis, on February 14, 2017. He must pay £282.59 compensation, £115 victim surcharge, £150 costs. He was given a 16-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting stealing meat from Tesco, Bognor Regis, on February 5, 2017. He also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on April 11, 2017, no separate penalty. He was given a 16-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting stealing two bottles of vodka worth £74 from Morrisons, Bognor Regis, on April 11, 2017. He was given a 16-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £119.95 compensation after admitting steaking five Yankee candles worth £119.95 from Boots, Bognor Regis, on April 29, 2017.

Jodie Goble, 25, of Highfield Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £62 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £130 costs, after admitting using a colour television without a licence on May 23, 2016.

Hannah Holly, 25, of Flatt Road, Nutbourne, was fined £94 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over 70mph on the A27 Chichester on May 17, 2016. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Lisa Miller, 39, of Gravits Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £30 after admitting breaching a community order by failing to attend rehabilitation activity requirement sessions on March 15 and 22, 2017. The order will continue.

Ruth Bonner, 57, of Russell Road, West Wittering, was fined £335 and must pay £77.09 vehicle excise back duty, £85 costs, after admitting using an unlicensed vehicle in Portsmouth on September 24, 2016.

Sharon Watson, 53, of Hillsboro Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £100 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Chichester Road, North Bersted, on October 20, 2016. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Tina Bloxham, 62, of Bell Lane, Earnley, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen for analysis when required in Chichester on April 29, 2017. She was disqualified from driving for 15 months. She also admitted driving without a licence in Farm Road, Bracklesham Bay, on April 29, 2017, no separate penalty.

Benjamin Hunter, 25, of Hawthorn Close, West Wittering, was fined £400 and must pay £50 compensation, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assaulting a police constable in Chichester on April 28, 2017. He also admitted disorderly behaviour while drunk in Shore Road, East Wittering, on April 28, 2017, no separate penalty.

Charlotte Marshall-Folkes, 24, of Elbridge Avenue, Bersted, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (98mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Aldwick Road, Bognor Regis, on April 29, 2017. She must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Leon McVeigh, 35, of North Road, Selsey, was fined £96 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk in London Road, Bognor Regis, on April 28, 2017.

Steve Thomas, 32, of Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £461 and must pay £46 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (84mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Shoreham flyover on April 28, 2017. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Michal Kania, 21, of Bowley Lane, South Mundham, was fined £200 after admitting drink-driving (46mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Orchard Way, Bognor Regis, on May 2, 2017. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months. He was fined £200 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance.
