TOP tips on good grub are on offer for residents in the Bognor Regis area.
The six cook-and-eat sessions are part of an initiative funded by Arun Wellbeing to provide opportunities for residents to learn more about how the food they eat can impact on their health.
The free sessions will run on Thursdays, from 4pm to 6pm, starting on March 7.
The project is being delivered by Food Matters, a local social enterprise and is aimed at encouraging people to cook and eat better, as well as understanding more about their food.
As part of the sessions, which will take place in Littlehampton, it is hoped participants will be able to develop an interest in learning to cook a wider range of more balanced meals, using different food types, growing their own fruit and vegetables and have a better understanding of the links between food and wellbeing.
