SPOOKY goings on will be coming to a popular Bognor Regis park.
Rox Music and Arts will make sure this halloween is one to remember as they deliver their fourth pop-up event in Hotham Park.
The ghostly occasion will see the park transformed into an ethereal world of Jack o’ Lanterns and Fire-eaters.
The Rox spooktacular will have plenty going on to amuse and scare the youngsters, while live music is supplied by The Underagers and Slim Jim and the Wild Cards.
A Rox Music and Arts spokesman said: “There’s much more going on at this unique event, including pumpkin carving, apple bobbing, face painting, head in the stocks, zumba dancing, fire-eating and story telling, most of which is absolutely free.”
Even the park’s train will be joining in the fun when it is dressed up to become the Hotham ghost train.
A haunted maze will be constructed and the Rox crew will be looking forward to seeing who dares to enter creepy corridors.
Goth bikers will also be driving into the park in halloween costumes and children are encouraged to come along in fancy dress.
Those with the most terrifying attire will stand the chance of winning a hand-crafted chalice made on site at the halloween pottery kiln where you can try your own pot-throwing skills.
The fun starts in the Upper Bognor Road park at 1pm on October 31.
It will run until 7pm when it will be time for all the young ones to make their way home – if they survive that long.
The Rox Music and Arts charity is dedicated to bringing music and entertainment to the town.
The halloween scarefest will be the fourth of its pop-up events. It also hosts the annual two-day Rox festival on the seafront.
