AMBITIOUS plans to transform Bognor Regis are set to be unveiled to the public.

The far reaching plans from the Sir Richard Hotham Project Limited promise to be a multi-million pound injection of investment for the town.

The intended scheme will transform the Regis Centre into a stunning seaside development of shops, restaurants, hotel and apartments.

They will be complemented by an amazing broadwalk and gardens for the public to use all year round.

Hothamton car park, off Queensway, will become an iconic, purpose-built theatre to replace the Regis Centre and hotel complex.

The proposals are set to go on show next week in Pierpoint House at 1 Waterloo Square on the seafront.

Members of the public and business representatives will be welcome to view the firm’s plans there,

The exhibition will be open:

* 10am-7pm on Tuesday, January 27 and Wednesday, January 28;

* 10am-5pm Thursday, January 29, and Friday, January 30; and

* 10am-4pm next Saturday, January 31.
