Visitors to this year’s Goodwood Revival have been getting in the mood as the three day event gets underway.
On the track, spectators will be seeing scores of historic vehicles - some of which will be driven by celebrities and ex-pros - put through their paces on the hill climb.
Away from the racing action there is plenty to see and do with scores of old cars and planes in pristine condition on display.
As is tradition for the event, the majority of visitors have embraced the clothing of the 1940s, ‘50s and ‘60s to create Revival’s unique atmosphere.
For more on Revival, see this coming edition of the Observer (Thursday 17 September).
