Man charged with Bognor Regis assaults

A MAN living in Aldwick has appeared in court.

Witold Olczyk, 43, a driver, of Stanmore Gardens, appeared in custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on June 19.

He is charged with causing actual bodily harm to a 19-year-old man, and causing grievous bodily harm to a 49-year-old man at an address in Nyewood Lane. Both offences took place on February 27.

He was remanded in custody for an initial hearing by video-link at Crown Court on June 26.

The arrest results from proactive police inquiries carried out during Operation Accent, the multi-agency initiative aimed at cutting crime across Arun.
