Rajmund Wichert, 29, of Selsey Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £323 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (53mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Richmond Road, Bognor Regis, on April 26, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Sara Clemo, 54, of North View, Hunwyck, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (40mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Crown Yard car park, Arundel, on January 20, 2020. Her driving licence was endorsed with eight points. Magistrates did not impose the obligatory driving disqualification for special reasons, including the shortness of distance driven, as she was returning to the car park to buy a ticket to stay overnight and, having been advised to move the car by a traffic warden to straighten up, she reversed from the parking space and stopped.

Russell Mitchell, 29, of St Nicholas Road, Lavant, was given a community order with Horizon-Accredited Sex Offender Programme Requirement and Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting intentionally touching a woman in a sexual way without consent in Southwick on August 23, 2019. He must pay £300 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Asha Jackson, 33, of Eastland Road, Chichester, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, a Jack Russell terrier type and two crossbreeds, by failing to explore and address their poor bodily condition in Eastland Road, Chichester, between September 3 and 13, 2019; causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, a crossbreed dog, by failing to seek appropriate professional veterinary care to address an infected wound between September 6 and 13, 2019; causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, a terrier type, a collie type and a crossbreed, by subjecting the animals to an environment that was detrimental to their wellbeing between September 3 and 13, 2019; and causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, a gecko, by failing to explore and address his poor bodily condition between September 3 and 13, 2019. She must pay £90 victim surcharge, £150 costs.

Karl McLean, 35, of New Road, Littlehampton, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, a Jack Russell terrier type and two crossbreeds, by failing to explore and address their poor bodily condition in Eastland Road, Chichester, between September 3 and 13, 2019; causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, a crossbreed dog, by failing to seek appropriate professional veterinary care to address an infected wound between September 6 and 13, 2019; causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, a terrier type, a collie type and a crossbreed, by subjecting the animals to an environment that was detrimental to their wellbeing between September 3 and 13, 2019; and causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, a gecko, by failing to explore and address his poor bodily condition between September 3 and 13, 2019. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £150 costs.

Colin Merriott, 62, of Poling Street, Poling, was fined £450 and must pay £45 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (66mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Water Lane, Angmering, on January 15, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Russell Burbridge, 33, of Broomfield Drive, Billingshurst, was fined £250 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (87mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Stane Street, Pulborough, on January 6, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Philip Henshaw, 50, of Hatherleigh Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £192 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty. He also admitted causing £400 damage to the bodywork of a police vehicle, no separate penalty.

Samuel Mee, 23, of Croft Mead, Chichester, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £175.88 compensation, £21 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting damaging glass panels on a front door belonging to Hyde Martlet Ltd in Chichester on April 3, 2020.

Jacek Koczwara, 49, of Edith Cottages, Mill Road, West Ashling, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and fined £346 after admitting drink-driving (112mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in North Street, Petworth, on March 9, 2020. He must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 48 months.
