Graham Turner, 67, of Greengates, Lurgashall, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on July 16, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Peter Wakefield, 56, of North Street, Petworth, was fined £207 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Station Road, Petworth, on May 23, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Bartosz Zuk, 31, of Steyne Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on July 9, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Paul Eastment, 35, of Longford Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 150 hours’ unpaid work, after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm in Chichester on February 2, 2020. He must pay £100 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Pawel Jaskulski, 34, of Ashurst Close, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 200 hours’ unpaid work after admitting two charges of disclosing a private sexual photograph or film without the consent of the person featured, with intent to cause them distress, in Bognor Regis on March 16 and 17, 2020. He must pay £200 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was also given a restraining order.

Kayleigh Laws, 28, of Thresher Close, Thornbury, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting having an offensive weapon, a knuckleduster, at Goodwood Revival on September 15, 2019; and assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating at Goodwood on September 15, 2019. She must pay £50 compensation, £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Ashley Taylor, 26, of Beachlands, Albert Road, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay 321 victim surcharge, £100 costs, after admitting harassment by calling 15 times and being abusive and threatening, causing alarm and distress, in Bognor Regis between January 16 and 19, 2020. He was also given a restraining order.
