Paul Rutson, 35, of Watergate, West Marden, was fined £120 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £100 costs, after being found guilty of failing to co-operate with a preliminary test, a specimen of breath for analysis, in Brighton on February 21, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with four points. He also admitted using a vehicle without an MOT certificate, no separate penalty.

Steven Chapman, 31, of Rectory Close, Pulborough, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £50 compensation, £100 costs, after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in Horsham on August 25, 2020.

Marcin Koscinski, 38, of Mount Pleasant, Redditch, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualified in Lower Bognor Road, Bognor Regis, on November 4, 2020. He was fined £50 and must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on February 23, 2021. He also admitted driving without insurance and driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate, no separate penalties. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Louise Pranskus, 41, of The Birches, West Chiltington, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (70mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Oxen Avenue, Shoreham, on February 21, 2021. She was disqualified from driving for 19 months.

Diana Woloszczuk, 35, of Windmill Drive, Tangmere, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and fined £123 after admitting drink-driving (114mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in St Paul’s Road, Chichester, on February 21, 2021. She must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 23 months.

Thomas Nicholls, 19, of Tripp Hill, Fittleworth, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting, under the single justice procedure, driving over the 30mph speed limit in Offington Lane, Worthing, on July 27, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 28 days.

Layla Ganley, 27, c/o Gloucester Place, Littlehampton, was fined £66 and must pay £105.55 compensation, £34 victim surcharge, after admitting causing £105.60 damage to a police cell at Chichester Custody Centre on September 26, 2020.

Matthew Giles, 37, of Linfield Common Road, Lingfield, was fined £166 and must pay £200 compensation, £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting causing £200 damage to a wing mirror in Arundel on December 21, 2020.

Lee Leggett, 33, of Beachcroft Place, Lancing, was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with alcohol treatment requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting drink-driving (106mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Chatsworth Road, Chichester, on October 3, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 48 months. He must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without the correct licence and driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Graeme Reid, 39, of Cardinals Drive, Pagham, was fined £415 and must pay £42 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (46mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Carlton Avenue, Pagham, on February 8, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Matthew Speer, 21, of Lodge Close, Crawley, was fined £250 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (156mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Fox Hill, Petworth, on October 10, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Karen Hamilton, 50, of Nappers Wood, Fernhurst, was fined £100 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (not less than 14 ug/l cocaine) in The Drive, Chichester, on July 10, 2020. She also admitted drug-driving (not less than 476ug/l benzoylecgonine) in The Drive, Chichester, on July 10, 2020, no separate penalty. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

John Gallagher, 52, of Stoney Stile Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police at Shoreham on October 21, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with six points.

Mitko Zhelev, 25, of Kenya House, High Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance in Crescent Road, Bognor Regis, on August 9, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.
