Boris Todorov, 37, of Sudley Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting being in charge of a vehicle while over the drink-drive limit (119mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Orchard Grove, Hunston, on February 12, 2021. He must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and his driving record was endorsed with ten points. He also admitted driving without insurance, no separate penalty.

Finn Eady, 19, of Saxby Close, Barnham, was fined £80 and must pay £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on February 7, 2020. He was also found guilty of driving without due care and attention in an alleyway from Manor Road, Selsey, on February 7, 2020; failing to stop when required in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on February 7, 2020; and driving without the correct licence in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on February 7, 2020, no separate penalties. His driving record was endorsed with eight points.

Samantha Slavin, 24, of Ruskin Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £245 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Chalcraft Lane, Bognor Regis, on April 29, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points.

Tina Johnson, 54, of Charles Avenue, Chichester, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement, must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work and must pay £50 compensation after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police officer, by beating in Chichester on February 14, 2021; and causing £316 damage to a pane of glass in a door at The Chantry, Chichester, on March 8, 2020. She was fined £120 and must pay £90 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, racially aggravated, in Chichester on February 14, 2021. She also admitted being drunk and disorderly in Southgate, Chichester, on February 14, 2021; and possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Chichester on February 14, 2021, no separate penalties. She also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order.

Jason Quinnell, 44, of Belmont Lodge, Belmont Street, Bognor, must pay £65 costs after admitting breaching a community order by failing to maintain contact. He was dealt with for the original offences, receiving a community order and must carry out 144 hours’ unpaid work for driving while disqualified in Rowan Way, Bognor Regis, on May 5, 2019; and failing to surrender to custody at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on February 25, 2020.

David Breen, 25, of Chapel Street, Chichester, was fined £100 and must pay £34 victim surcharge after admitting resisting a police constable in the execution of their duty in High Street, Bognor Regis, on October 17, 2020. He also admitted being drunk and disorderly in High Street, Bognor Regis, on October 17, 2020, no separate penalty. He admitted breaching a conditional discharge order and was dealt with for the original offences, receiving a £100 fine for resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Chichester on August 13, 2018, and no separate penalty for causing £20 damage to a computer keyboard at St Joseph’s night shelter, Chichester, on August 13, 2018.

Svajunas Kalonas, 32, of Felpham Way, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with 12-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 6pm to 12am, Fridays and Saturdays only, and must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (117mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Lyon Street, Bognor Regis, on September 26, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 28 months.

Jane Thomas, 43, of High Street, Selsey, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (164mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Appuldram Lane South, Chichester, on August 27, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 19 months.

Liam James, 33, of Highfield Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £395 and must pay £53 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (70mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, on October 29, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months. He was fined £131 after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on October 29, 2020.

Annabel Finch, 24, of Newhouse Farm Cottages, Treyford, was given a community order and must carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (220mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) on the A272 Midhurst on September 27, 2020. She must pay £95 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Timur Tezisler, 47, of Broomers Hill Lane, Pulborough, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 14 months, and must carry out 200 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving dangerously in Horsham Road, Five Oaks, on January 7, 2020. He must pay £122 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Tori Simms, 22, of High Street, Bognor Regis, was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement and must pay £100 compensation after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm in Bognor Regis on December 31, 2019. She was given a six-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, and must pay £50 compensation after admitting assaulting an emergency worker, a police constable, by beating in Bognor Regis on December 31, 2019. She was given a four-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to suggest immediate unlawful violence would be used or provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Bognor Regis on December 31, 2019. She must pay £744 compensation after admitting causing £100 damage to a mobility scooter in Bognor Regis on December 31, 2019, no separate penalty.

Sam Gurr, 32, of Brierley Gardens, Lancing, was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting assault by beating in Kirdford on September 15, 2020. He was given a six-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 24 months, after admitting a second charge of assault by beating in Kirdford on September 15, 2020. He was given two four-week concurrent prison sentences, suspended for 24 months, after admitting damaging an internal door and a wing mirror in Kirdford on September 15, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay a total of £600 compensation, £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs. He also admitted damaging a Pandora bracelet and a t-shirt, no separate penalty.

Harry Craddock, 19, of Church View Close, Southampton, was sentenced to 16 weeks in a young offenders institution and must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving dangerously on the A29 London Road, Fontwell, on October 31, 2020. He was sentenced to 12 weeks in a young offenders institution to run concurrently after admitting using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, causing harassment, alarm or distress, racially aggravated, in Fontwell on October 31, 2020. He also admitted failing to stop when required by police on the A27 between Arundel and Fontwell on October 31, 2020; and possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Fontwell on October 31, no separate penalties. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Leon Barrett, 18, of Charles Avenue, Chichester, was fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £50 costs, after admitting driving without the correct licence in Westgate Road, Chichester, on December 7, 2020. He was fined £40 after admitting driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Nikolav Antonov, 31, of St Christopher’s Close, Chichester, was fined £220 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without the correct licence in Vinnetrow Road, Chichester, on June 29, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with four points and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

Lee Maidment, 21, of Sherborne Road, Chichester, was fined £133 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after pleading guilty under the single justice procedure to driving over the 30mph speed limit in Stocks Lane, East Wittering, on July 6, 2020.
