Lydia Fairs, 40, of Downview Road, Barnham, was fined a total of £375 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of three charges of failing to identify a driver when required by Sussex Police in Shoreham, on March 5, March 26 and April 1, 2020. Her driving record was endorsed with six points for each offence, no totting disqualification due to exceptional circumstances.

Robert Branson-O’Neil, 18, of Barnfield Cottages, Selham, was fined £120 after admitting driving without insurance in Felpham Way, Bognor Regis, on September 11, 2020. He was fined £80 after admitting failing to stop when required by a police constable in Felpham Way, Bognor Regis, on September 11, 2020. He was fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting driving without the correct licence in Felpham Way, Bognor Regis, on September 11, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Karol Lisicki, 36, of Gordon Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £384 and must pay £38 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (170mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Gordon Avenue, Bognor Regis, on December 25, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Keenan Bradley, 24, of Glamis Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting producing four cannabis plants, a class B drug, in Bognor Regis on September 19, 2020.

Keira McGivern, 28, of Glamis Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £50 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting producing six cannabis plants, a class B drug, in Bognor Regis on September 19, 2020.

Daniel Knight, 41, of Pulborough Way, Felpham, was given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on October 4, 2020; assault by beating in Bognor Regis on October 14, 2020; and assault by beating in Emsworth on December 15, 2020. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £300 compensation.

Paulius Luksys, 24, of Horsham Road West, Littlehampton, must pay £2,500 costs, £20 victim surcharge, after admitting operating a waste operation for the deposit, treatment and storage of waste tyres at Shopwhyke Industrial Estate, Chichester, other than under and to the extent authorised by an environmental permit between August 23, 2018, and October 3, 2018.

Daniel Tarrant, 24, of Threals Lane, West Chiltington, was discharged conditionally for three years and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £5,000 costs, after admitting operating a waste operation for the deposit, treatment and storage of waste tyres at Woodruff Business Centre, Chichester, other than under and to the extent authorised by an environmental permit between September 18, 2018, and January 8, 2019.

Anthony Wheeler, 43, of Elbridge Crescent, Aldwick, was fined £246 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being in charge of a vehicle while unfit through drink in Kennel Hill, Lavant, on April 15, 2021. His driving record was endorsed with ten points.

Gerald Burton, 63, of Marine Place, Worthing, was fined £30 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, after admitting failing to comply with a community protection notice by being sat on a pavement in Union Place, Worthing, while drunk, with an open bottle of wine, on April 13, 2021. He also admitted failing to comply with a community protection notice by being drunk in Chichester Gate, Chichester, on March 23, 2021, no separate penalty.
