Alastair McKean, 50, of Beach Road, Selsey, was fined £500 after admitting fraudulently using a registration document, in Selsey Road, Sidlesham, on May 26, 2021. He also admitted driving without the correct licence and without insurance, no separate penalty. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Andrius Sadauskas, 34, of Town Cross Avenue, Bognor Regis, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualified in Yapton Road, Yapton, on May 27, 2021. He must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and also admitted using a vehicle without insurance, no separate penalty.

Andrew Clear, 61, of Old Glebe, Fernhurst, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (49mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Hogs Hill, Fernhurst, on June 2, 2021. He was fined £80 after admitting failing to stop after an accident in which damage was caused to another vehicle in Hogs Hill, Fernhurst, on June 2, 2021. He also admitted failing to co-operate with a preliminary breath test, no separate penalty. He was disqualified from driving for 39 months.

Paul Dickenson, 30, of Douglas Martin Road, Chichester, was fined £80 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting being drunk and disorderly in New Park Road, Chichester, on June 5, 2021.

Valda Casal, 47, of Petts Close, Selsey, was fined £220, must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 20 months after admitting drink-driving (88mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the B2145 Chichester Road on June 6, 2021.

Graham Turner, 67, of Greengates, Lurgashall, was fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 30mph speed limit in Barnham Road, Barnham, on June 12, 2020. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Lauren Faulkner, 20, of The Drive, Eastergate, was fined £120 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (82ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Whyke Road, Chichester, on December 15, 2020. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Farheed Khamlichi, 36, of Stanhorn Grove, Felpham, was fined £194 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (3.0ug/l Delta-9-THC) on the A27 Fishbourne on December 19, 2020. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Matthew Somner, 25, of Courtlands Way, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to provide a specimen of blood for laboratory test when required in Findon Road, Worthing, on June 12, 2021. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.
