Appeal for information following assault in Bognor Regis

Police are appealing for information following an assault in Bognor Regis.

Around 10.05pm on Sunday, April 15, police attended a report of an assault in a communal hallway of a property in West Street.

The victim, a 21-year-old local man, was attacked by two men, who hit him several times.

A woman was also with the men. After the attack the group left the area quickly.

The victim was taken to St Richard’s Hospital for treatment. He suffered from facial bruising.

Officers investigating the incident would like to hear from anyone who knows who might have carried out the assault.

They would also like to hear from anyone who knows the driver of a small blue Fiat, either a Panda or a Punto, which is driven in the Bognor area.

The rear nearside light casing was missing which exposes the reverse bulb and the nearside front hubcap is also missing.
