Appeal after crash in Shripney

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a collision on a busy Shripney road.

At 2.30pm on March 20 an accident took place at the A29’s junction with Shripney Lane between a Transit van and a Toyota Rav 4.

A 30-year-old woman from Bognor Regis was released from the Toyota by West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service and was taken to hospital suffering from minor injuries.

No one else was injured in the incident.

Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact Sussex Police on 101 quoting serial 0804 of 20/3 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
