Dan Slade, owner of TAO, confirmed the venue would remain open as usual this weekend.

The business has 21 days to serve the five-day suspension, during which it cannot sell alcohol.

Dan said there were some exciting developments around the corner with a new kitchen set to open up.

He also described how they were working hard to make improvements, submit all the necessary paperwork and were grateful for the support shown by the town.
