The new store has moved from its previous site on the Chichester Retail Park to the newly developed Barnfield Retail Park.
The Mayor of Chichester, Cllr Peter Budge was on hand to cut the ribbon at the ceremony on Wednesday, July 20, officially the store with its new and improved features to the public.
Halfords Chichester store manager, Mark Smith says: “We know that people in the area want accessible, convenient service and straightforward repairs – and this new format has helped to meet that passion with a fantastic range of automotive parts, bikes and great looking accessories.
“We have everything the enthusiast cyclist or car owner could want but we’re also here for the family with great kids’ bikes, trained child seat fitters and some fantastic camping products for Summer.”
Cllr Peter Budge said: “It’s a pleasure to be opening the new Halfords shop.
“I know that this will be a fantastic addition to our brand new retail park and I can see a lot of thought and effort has been put into developing the store.
“I think customers visiting this new shop will be delighted with the new features and the friendly team working here.”
