Sales off to a flying start in the Six Villages

Homeowners in the Six Villages between Chichester and Arundel have been quick to take advantage of the new services introduced by leading estate agency Henry Adams.

The bespoke service, which specialises in marketing property in and around the villages, was launched two months ago from the firm’s flagship Chichester office and sales have already been secured on more than half of the properties registered – and at figures within 2 per cent of the asking prices.

Olly Shaw, of Henry Adams, said: “The response of homeowners in the Six Villages to our dedicated service has been extremely positive, and so have the results I’m delighted to say.

“We understand the different character of each area and the intricacies of the property market, which means we can recommend more accurate asking prices and negotiate professionally to ensure that sales are agreed at the maximum values.”

The full marketing strength of Henry Adams, from newspapers and magazines to online listings and social media, has resulted in the Six Villages service reaching more than 4,000 potential buyers for each property registered.

• More than 50 per cent properties registered at Henry Adams Six Villages already under offer.

• Sales achieved average 98 per cent of asking prices.

• Just four viewings on average to achieve a sale.

• Marketing reaches in excess of 4,000 potential buyers per instruction.

With such strong demand and a growing database of interest, the team at Henry Adams focus on customer service by matching the right buyers for the right properties, an approach which has resulted on average in a sale being achieved from every four viewings.

“We’ve had a great start in the area which has so much to recommend it and we’re looking forward to helping many more local homeowners to make their move in the weeks and months ahead,” said Olly.

“Even if you’re just curious about how much your home could be worth in today’s market, we’re here to offer advice.”

Henry Adams Six Villages service covers Barnham, Eastergate, Fontwell, Walberton, Westergate and Yapton.
