The future is uncertain for a Bognor Regis Pizza Hut restaurant as its lease ends.

Pizza Hut is in talks about the future of the restaurant as the lease for the Shripney Road site ended this year.

The 3,170 sq ft shop has been up for let since December and the term is said to be negotiable.

Business rates for the site are £39,312

A Pizza Hut spokesman said: “Our Restaurant on Shripney Road in Bognor Regis is open to customers as usual. The lease of our site has come to an end and we are in discussions regarding the future plans for this restaurant.”
