LIFEBOAT crews will benefit from a cream tea being held by a Bognor Regis woman.
Janet Tapping is holding the fund-raising event from 10am-midday on Saturday, August 11.
The fun will take place in the Methodist Church Hall, in Waterloo Square, Bognor Regis.
She has chosen the RNLI to receive the funds in recognition of the charity’s lifesaving work around the coastline.
The town centre resident said: “I do something for charity every summer.
“I’ve raised money for Help for Heroes twice and for Smile Train.
“I hope the coffee morning will be popular because of our location by the sea.
“The RNLI are a good cause and they rely on donations.”
