Young rugby starlets are on cloud nine
Bognor Rugby Club's under-nines played host to two large visiting teams and all involved had a great time, impressing spectators with the standard of rugby.
On Saturday, Bognor took on London Irish in the best game the coaches and spectators had witnessed at under-nine level. It ended 10-10.
Next up was an encounter with Sutton & Epsom – another thriller that saw Bognor secure a 10-5 victory. The next day, Bognor played Sutton & Epsom again, this time winning 20-0.
Jack Ryder scored seven of the team's total of eight tries. All the players showed true grit and played with maturity beyond their years.
The club thanked the players and supporters for turning out in the cold and entering in to the true spirit of the game.
