Guy Whittingham was left to rue the ‘mad 10 minutes’ which led to Pompey’s 5-0 hammering at Swindon.
The Blues went in goalless at the break after an impressive opening 45 minutes.
But the introduction of James Collins on the hour mark turned the match in Swindon’s favour as the substitute banged in four goals and set up another to leave Pompey stunned.
‘I’m shell-shocked,’ said Whittingham.
‘They had to make three substitutions to get where they wanted to get.
‘We had a mad 10 minutes where our discpline just went having gone behind and I have to say the first goal was a big disappointment.
‘I thought we did well for 60 minutes, our game plan worked, but the game is over 90 minute and we have come away with nothing.’
