Shaun Croxford gives his thoughts on tonight’s game against Exeter.

This will be a good game for us as Exeter prefer to pass the ball rather than rely on their physicality.

It’s a style which can bring out the best in us, and for that reason this is a match we can win.

We head into tonight at the top of League Two despite not playing well in every game, which shows our strength in depth.

It’s strange but none of my favourite players from last season – Paul Jones, Paul Robinson, James Dunne and Matt Tubbs – either don’t play for us or can’t get in the side.

We were far too reliant on Jed Wallace, always giving the ball to him and having no other structure to it.

However, we are no longer a one-man side, with a better team ethic.

I believe 100 per cent we can win this league, especially considering we have got results regardless of the way we have played.

It is pretty much a new team, apart from Conor Chaplin and Nigel Atangana, and can only get better when it gels, while by all accounts on Saturday we played well.

Looking at the line-up against Exeter, the back four and the goalkeeper pick themselves, while I expect Michael Doyle to come in for Danny Hollands – now he is back from suspension.

I’m looking forward to seeing Adam Barton. I have not watched him yet and assume he will play.

The attacking midfielders are tricky. Gary Roberts is back and can replace either Gareth Evans or Kyle Bennett, both of whom get stick from where I sit in the North lower. Evans should be the one that makes way, though.

If Adam McGurk is fit he would be my first choice as the striker. Failing that, Tubbs gets the nod ahead of Jayden Stockley for me.

I’m a big fan of Tubbs and he can get us goals.
