Bognor Regis Town Youth’s green under-11 team romped to the Emerald League title earlier this month.
Town produced some fine displays, winning all five of their matches on the way to the title.
Whyke United, Lancing Yellow, Angmering Youth, Barnham Trojans Red and Rustington Otters Youth were all seen off as Bognor bagged the league trophy.
Bognor under-11 assistant manager Michael Woolston was impressed with some of the displays from his side and said: “Myself and manager (Louie Haga-Hammond) were really impressed with how the boys performed.
“We played some decent football and the boys are beginning to show what they are capable of.
“All the other managers were commenting on some of the football we played and how good we were, so that was nice.
“Looking ahead, we just want to keep doing what we are doing and hopefully that will help us win more games.”
Bognor’s reward is promotion to the Coral League with fixtures getting underway a week on Sunday in this division.
