Gaston Ramirez wants to quit Southampton and join Italian giants AC Milan, his agent has claimed.

Uruguay World Cup star Ramirez has struggled to adapt to life in the Premier League since joining Saints from Bologna in a then club record £12m deal in the summer of 2012.

The midfielder, 23, who could replace MLS-bound Kaka at the San Siro, has made only 17 Premier League appearances this season, scoring one goal.

Arsenal target Serge Aurier will snub French billionaires Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain to move to the Emirates this summer.

The Toulouse right-back is being lined up to replace Bacary Sagna, who is set to leave Arsenal on a free transfer after rejecting the club’s offer of a new contract.

And Ivorian international Aurier, 21, is making no secret of his desire to move to London despite the interest of France’s biggest clubs.

West Ham chairman David Gold has rejected claims by Steven Gerrard that Liverpool were forced to park their bus a mile away from Upton Park on Sunday.

The Liverpool captain, whose two penalties secured the 2-1 win, said the Hammers ‘tried everything to upset’ the Barclays Premier League leaders on Sunday, including turning up the heat in the visiting dressing room and making the pitch dry.
