A PENSIONER from Hastings has been missing since Tuesday morning, October 7.
Robert Waller, of Shearwater Crescent, Hastings, attended the Royal Sussex County Hospital,Brighton, for a dialysis treatment but walked out before being seen by hospital staff.
Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of the 72-year-old as, without dialysis treatment, his condition could rapidly deteriorate.
Mr Waller is white, with short dark hair, and of medium to large build.
He is approximately 5ft 9ins tall and was wearing a beige coloured fleece, a light or beige coloured checked shirt and pale beige trousers.
It is understood that Mr Waller has no access to money, a car or means of communication.
Police say he may have travelled to Shoreham as he has links with the town.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact Sussex Police on 0845 6070999 and quote serial 345 of October 7.
