SIX young artists impressed viewers with an exhibition of their work, which was held in Walberton.

Under the tuition of Rosie Hewitt, the Walberton Young Artists - Daisy Boo Messenger, Livia Pfluger Evans, Emily Lack, Phoebe Pontet, Poppy Messenger and Eva Godber - have created several pieces of work which demonstrate a variety of artistic styles, such as life drawing and mixed media work.

Rosie said: “It has been a real pleasure to help tutor these talented young artists on their journey so far; I think some of them have surprised themselves with what they have achieved at this exhibition.

Some of the students will now go on to do their GCSE in art.
