SOLICITORS are backing a children’s hospice by asking people to make a donation to the charity rather than paying for will-writing help.
An Aldwick firm is among those which have signed up to a scheme where they will help write or update a will free of charge, provided a donation is made to Chestnut Tree House.
A spokeswoman from Chestnut Tree House said: “Instead of paying the solicitor for their professional advice, all we ask is that you make a donation to Chestnut Tree House, the children’s hospice for Sussex.”
The will-writing week runs from October 6 to 10 and Hobbs Law, in Tennyson Road, is taking part.
