Villagers get chance to have say about housing

A FINAL say is being offered to Aldingbourne residents to comment about the area’s future housing needs.

Aldingbourne Parish Council, with Action in Rural Sussex, is carrying out a survey to find out villagers’s views about the number of homes needed.

The short questionnaire has been delivered to every household in the parish.

The survey is part of the parish council’s sustainable approach to the amount of housing which should be built in the area.

This figure will be included in its neighbourhood plan which includes the need for affordable housing. The survey is especially relevant to anyone in need of housing in Aldingbourne. The opinions of those who moved away but would like to return are also relevant.
