VIDEO: Tom and Morgan cycle from Hanoi to Singapore (Part 1 of 3)

CHICHESTER College employee Tom Walters has started a monumental expedition in Vietnam.

Tom and his friend Morgan Calton, both 30, have suffered anxiety and depression in the past and are now looking to lead the way in encouraging others to throw off the shackle of mental health problems.

Here, in the first part of a three part video series filmed before they set off, Tom explains just why exactly they have decided to cycle more than 2,000 miles from Hanoi, in Vietnam, to Singapore.

The pair are raising money for mental health charity Mind at uk.virginmoneygiving.com/fundraiser-web/fundraiser/showFundraiserProfilePage.action?userUrl=mindovermatter2015

Also go to mindovermatteruk.wordpress.com to see their blog from the event.

Look out for the next part in the video series online.
