Friday was fun, with lots of crazy antics for Red Nose Day.
People across the area were involved in a range of fundraising for Comic Relief.
At The Laburnum Centre in Bognor Regis, there was lots going on for Comic Relief.
Volunteer Gemma Stimpson said: “One of our volunteers, who volunteers in the gym, held a sponsored silence all day. The catch was, if he talked, then he had to donate £5 of his own money to the cause as well.
“We also had a red nose hunt on the day with noses made by our knitters.
“It went very well and we had a lot of fun.”
