Vehicle’s roof and bonnet were damaged

POLICE believe damage to a vehicle parked in Felpham was caused by someone walking on its roof.

Two dents were found on the car’s roof and one on its bonnet after it was parked in Links Avenue.

Police think the offender walked over the top of the vehicle after its owner parked up on December 13.

The damage happened between 6.30pm that day
and 9am the following morning, but the crime
was not reported until five days later.

Anyone who saw anything is asked to call Sussex Police on 101 quoting serial 1177 of December 19.

The previous day, a break-in to a shed in Manor Close was reported.

Nothing was stolen, but the outbuilding’s padlock was forced.

The crime happened between 4pm on December 16 and 4.30pm the next day.
