ITEMS big or small are needed to help a charity auction.
The Aldingbourne Trust will be holding its grand charity auction on October 11 and it needs some help.
The trust has already received some exciting lots to be auctioned, such as a cricket bat signed by the 2009/2010 England team displayed in a presentation case, overnight stays in some idyllic hotels, meals out, tickets to shows, day cruises and lots more – but they are still on the lookout for some more unique items.
The event, which will be held in Boxgrove Village Hall, aims to raise funds towards the trust’s £4 Million appeal to raise money to develop the facilities at the charity’s main site – the Aldingbourne Country Centre in Norton.
Michelle McKinley Bell, from the trust, said: “We have already had a fantastic response from local businesses and supporters and I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has kindly donated something already.
“We are still on the lookout for more items to auction and I would love to hear from you if you’re able to help.”
