The Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, will be visiting Chichester Cathedral for a lengthy prayer session in March.
Chichester Cathedral announced today that the Church of England’s principal leader will be coming to the city on Tuesday, March 19.
He will be leading a congregation for five hours from midday.
The cathedral made the announcement on Twitter, saying there were now two weeks until his visit.
“Archbishop of Canterbury here a fortnight today (19th), processing from Market Cross (11.45am) into the Cathedral for five hours of prayer!” read the message.
