MEMBERS of a Bognor Regis club are walking to the town from Chichester tomorrow (Sunday, September 2).
The 11 individuals from the Royal British Legion club in Clifton Road will set off from The Cross in Chichester at 10am.
Club committee member David Howley will be among those covering the seven miles on foot.
He said: “Our ages range from 30 to 80 and I think it will take us about three hours.
“We all belong to the RBL club and we are doing this to raise funds for it. I got talked into organising the walk after I mentioned it in the club.”
Mr Howley is hoping the walk will raise up to £1,000 for the club.
