STUDENTS in Felpham will dress down to raise cash for good causes.
On the last day of their winter term, Felpham Community College pupils will take part in a non-uniform day in a bid to collect as much as they can for two local charities helping the homeless.
For a minimum donation of £1 the students will be able to wear what they like, with the money split equally between the Chichester-based Stonepillow charity and Bognor’s BigLove.
Both the charities, which the school supports every year at Christmas time, offer help and support to homeless and vulnerable people and help them make positive changes in their lives.
After the Felpham Way school’s sixth form charity committee has collected the donations, they will visit BigLove to present the cheque, and hear about the work they do in the community.
