Spookfest comes to park again

THINGS are about to get spooky in a Bognor Regis park as a ‘scaretastic’ event returns.

It has been a year since Rox Music and Arts piloted its Family Halloween Party in Hotham Park and because it was such a scream the charity is doing it all over again.

The free spooktacular will run from 1pm to 7pm on October 31 and will be jam packed with frightening activities.

It will feature apple bobbing, a human bone machine, scary peep boards, ceramic pottery workshops, Louz Zumba Zombies, a horror maze and the Aldingbourne Disco.

There will also be face painting, live music, refreshments and maybe even some maggots – if you are brave enough. As the day turns into dusk, the horror park train will turn on its illuminations to add to the overall creepy atmosphere.

Families are encouraged to dress up in suitably scary attire and there will be a prize or two for the best costume.
