Six arrested after Bognor Regis drug raids

POLICE have seized around £5,000-worth of class A drugs in Bognor Regis.

On Wednesday (August 21), three men aged 44, 60 and 18, were arrested at an address in Hotham Gardens.

On Thursday (August 22), two men aged 19 and 29 and a 36-year-old woman were arrested at an address in Gravits Lane.

All six were arrested on suspicion of drugs supply offences.

Approximately £5,000 of class A drugs were seized, as well as more than £2,500 in cash.

The three men arrested on August 21 were released on police bail until October 11 while enquiries continue.

The three people arrested on August 22 were bailed to November 2, October 22 and November 1 respectively.

A Sussex Police spokesman said; “We will continue to target and disrupt persons who deal drugs on Arun District.

“The last two days should be a warning to anyone considering that line of business. Drugs ruin lives and darken communities and we are committed to bringing offenders to justice.”
