Ex-pupil returns to his Bognor school

FORMER pupil Tim Crouch has returned to a Bognor Regis school to inspire current students.

The nationally acclaimed actor and director wowed GCSE pupils and their drama teacher with his extensive portfolio to show they can aspire and achieve.

They particularly enjoyed his experiences of touring his play, An Oak Tree, in which he has performed with famous actors who have an hour to learn the script.

Drama teacher Jolie Bartley said: “The class enjoyed hearing about his career journey from pupil at the school to his work as an actor, writer and director.”

Tim, who is performing around the world this year, said: “It was great for me to consider what I would have wanted to hear from someone who makes their living doing what I desperately wanted to do when I was 15.”
