A £300 reward has been offered for information about a prisoner who absconded from Ford Open Prison.

Sussex Police have put up the money for facts which will lead to the arrest of Lucas Lamb.

Lamb, 31, walked out of the prison on September 5 and failed to return.

He was convicted of GBH with intent in Hailsham in October 2012 and is therefore unlawfully at large.

He is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, thin with short brown hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo on his lower neck which says Cleo and has a scar above his right eye.

Lamb has links to the Hailsham and Eastbourne areas.

Chief Inspector Gary Pike, Sussex Police’s Wealden district commander, said: “We are offering a reward of £300 for information leading to his arrest.”

Anyone who has seen Lamb or has any information about where he is should contact police on 101 or email: 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting serial 1326 of 05/09.

They can also call the independent charity, Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 555 111.
